You most certainly DO get 25 Free Plays per month! I have the Comcast software set up on all three computers, and I can listen to the high quality radio streams, and set up each computer to each users stations.

Thanks to all of the information. I use Rhapsody with two Comcast user accounts. My daughter gets 25 free plays and all radio stations with hers this account was created first. I get 25 free plays but limited radio stations with mine many of the stations are grayed out. I can still listen to all of the radio stations as long as I use her login.
