Very disappointing! This is exactly like it says in advertising. The software was easy to load and very easy to access and use. We are using a picture we uploaded on the software. While the editing is elementary it is adequate for its purpose. I tried these out and they look really awesome! The centering tool really helped to make our poker chips look professional. I have the group name on the front of the chip and the club logo on the back of the chip. The software works well and the labels are great for this purpose.
